Natural Light Malt Extract is used to create a nutritional Liquid Culture Solution. Blend LME (Light Malt Extract) with Dextrose or other Simple Sugars to create your own special blend. Ideal sugar concentration is <4% or Less.

Partially Fermented Grain that contains sugars (monosaccharide glucose, disaccharide maltose, trisaccharide maltotriose, and higher sugars called maltodextrines), starches, and protein. This Dry Powder is perfect for supplanting your Agar Agar or making nutritious Liquid Culture Broth.
