These are primordial or “Baby” mushrooms looking for Oxygen. Much like us, mushroom mycelium requires oxygen for cellular respiration. CO2 is heavier than O2 fanning your grow kit daily will eliminate CO2 buildup.

  • Where should I store my Grow Kit or Ready-To-Fruit Kit?

Best place to store them is away from direct sunlight and at temperatures between 10 and 23°C. Keep the Grow Kit or Ready-To-Fruit Kit. Make sure you’re able to provide a suitable Relative Humidity of 70%+ and is well ventilated (0.125 Room Changes per hour).

  • What to do if mushrooms form where I didn’t cut?

Sometimes life doesn’t go the way we planned. Best thing to do is to produce new cuts where the mushroom has formed “Baby” mushrooms or primordial.
