These are one of our favorite autoclaves cause its capable of hitting True Sterilization temperature at 21 PSI or 135°C and is constructed out of stainless steel, so you won’t have to worry about rust or deterioration overtime from the steam.
The working principle of this product revolves around two types of disinfection and sterilization processes: direct heating to produce pressured steam and rapid cooling.
Direct Heating and Pressure Steam Generation:
The product utilizes direct heating to generate pressured steam, which is essential for effective disinfection and sterilization.
Through the application of direct heating, the device produces high-pressure steam.
The pressure steam then acts on microorganisms, disrupting their structure and achieving sterilization purposes.
Sterilization Procedure:
To initiate the sterilization procedure, 6 liters of tap water is injected into the chamber.
The product is designed to heat the chamber for approximately 25 minutes to commence the sterilization process while maintaining the temperature inside.
The sterilization time required is between 35 to 40 minutes, ensuring thorough sterilization of the contents.
Rapid Cooling and Drainage:
Upon completion of the sterilization process, the chamber is manually injected with compressed air at a pressure of 0.24MPa.
Subsequently, the drain valve is partially opened (1/2) to facilitate drainage.
This drainage process is especially important for soft packages as it counter-pressures the cooling of the contents.
Rapid cooling is achieved within 3 minutes.
The user manually turns off the compressed air and tap water to cease cooling, resulting in the temperature of objects inside the chamber being lowered to a range of 30 to 40 °C.
By combining the direct heating and pressure steam generation with the rapid cooling procedure, this product ensures effective disinfection and sterilization, making it an ideal choice for various applications requiring high-level sterilization processes.

Pressure/Temperature Control:
The product is equipped with a pressure/temperature controller, allowing precise control over the sterilization process.
The pressure setting range is from 0.07 to 0.22MPa, which corresponds to a saturated steam temperature range of 115 to 135°C.
This feature ensures the optimal conditions for effective disinfection and sterilization.
Pressure Relief Safety Valves:
To ensure user safety and prevent over pressurization, the product is equipped with pressure relief safety valves.
These valves are designed to release excess pressure from the chamber, safeguarding against potential hazards.
Immersed Heating Tube with Anti-Dry Function:
The product incorporates an immersed heating tube, which is submerged in the water chamber.
This heating tube is equipped with an anti-dry function that automatically detects the water level.
In the event of low water level, the unit promptly cuts off the power supply to halt the heating process and triggers an alarm.
This safety feature prevents damage to the device and ensures the longevity of the heating element.
